Cop Out
I don't get to see very many recent releases, but I recently saw Cop Out starring Bruce Willis and Tracey Morgan. Kevin Smith, of the Jay and Silent Bob franchise-fame, directed this latest iteration of a buddy-cop movie. I was in a grouchy mood when the movie started and have to admit that I was in tears within the first 5 minutes of the movie. I don't usually recommend movies, but this one gets a thumbs up from me.

Huh. Guess I have a new movie I have to see. Normally, I hate Tracy Morgan, so I hope this is better than his usual stuff. I love Kevin Smith though, I was a Clerks nut back in the day. I saw that recent cops movie with Will Ferrell, and despite not usually finding him remotely funny, I really enjoyed it. I think maybe I just have a thing about newer SNL cast making their way into movies. It was cool when it was Belushi, Chase, and the like, but these newer guys disappoint me a lot.
